Catechism Class/Sunday School

10:45am Sunday

“Catechesis is an education in the faith of children, young people and adults which includes especially the teaching of Christian doctrine imparted, generally speaking, in an organic and systematic way, with a view to initiating the hearers into the fullness of Christian life.” At First CRC we are passionate about our children and young people being equipped for service through learning the historic basis of their faith in a way that is relevant to their everyday lives.

Discipleship

First CRC is committed to discipleship of each and every member. This discipleship begins with a caring nursery staff that will keep you infants and toddlers safe as you worship God, Sunday school teachers who are passionate about the gospel, young peoples societies, elder visitation, morning and evening worship, adult discipleship, and pastoral care. We are committed to your spiritual well-being and discipleship, and pray that you will gather with us and through the means of grace (Worship, the Sacraments, and Discipleship) you will grow in knowledge of Jesus, and will join with us as we give our lives away in service in Sheldon and around the world.
